Integrity

According to Ministry of Personnel, Integrity is defined as Consistent behaviour in an open , fair and transparent manner honours one's commitment and to uphold public service values.


The quality of being honest to oneself and having strong moral principles which are individual in once thought and action.


Mr Ashok Khemka (IAS of 1991 Batch) was transferred 54 times in a period of 29 years of civil service career for being honest.




Perseverance

The Quality of the character to stay firm on one's duty to achieve goals despite facing several challanges and difficulties in achieving it.


T.N SESHAN, former Chief Election Commissioner (IAS , Batch of 1955) made the Election Commission powerful within the existing laws and pleading for electoral reforms with implementation of election process and moral code of conduct despite facing various political pressure.
